MINISTRY NEWS

SRGM is a ministry designed to prepare Gods people to do the “work of the ministry through developing in a strong intimate relationship with God and becoming knowledgeable of His purpose for the individual and for His Body the Church. During our times of traveling and ministering, both nationally and internationally, we have been able to see and experience many things that were not of God and that literally held God’s people hostage. We believe that it is God’s Will that we all become avid students of His Word according to II Tim. 2:15 which instructs us to “study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” John 5:39 tells us to “search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”

It is time for the Body of Christ to rise up in the fullness of understanding of God’s Word….Hosea 4:6 states “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”…Proverbs 11:9 says “An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth His neighbor: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered” SRGM is also a ministry that is very much mission-orientated.

We live the principle that Jesus established in Matthew 28:19a when He said to His disciples “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…” God has sent us to the continent of Africa to be some of the workers who would help bring restoration and revival on that continent. It must return to its former state as a Christian and profitable continent.

UPDATE 2013-2014

It has been a very exciting period for Son Rise Global Ministries. We experienced exciting moves of God that has taken us into new levels with and in God. God began to reveal to us what it means to be an Apostolic people which has nothing to do with denominational affiliation. It is the move of God that brings forth the miraculous and the supernatural revelation of Jesus and exactly Who He is to us. We are learning that because the Holy Spirit is Apostolic, therefore when He moves within us and through us, we also become apostolic. From Ephesians 4, we understand that each member of the Body of Christ is equally important as each is given a spiritual gift or gifts and then is strategically placed to carry out the work of the ministry. Because each individual is equally important and placed strategically by the Lord in a specific place (home, work, neighborhood, etc.) with spiritual gifts designed for that specific ministry, all competition is eliminated as each member of the Body is unique and crucially important. In line with this thinking in Mark 10:35-42, Jesus person being prepared for a position in an organization, the position is prepared for the person and their specific gifts.
